...the purse that started it all.
It's called Angie's Springtime in Paris. I made it for my friend's daughter as a gift. I just wanted her to have a pretty purse. And, as things turn out, a friend of hers saw it over a year later. She wanted one just like it! My friend's daughter e-mailed me and asked if I could make her friend one just like it. I said of course I could, I did and shipped it to her. Then came more orders, from her friend, her friends friend, my friends at work, church, craft shows, open houses... and so the story goes. Beginning October 17, 2007, God's plan took place and now it's a thriving business! He blesses me every day with new friends, new direction and to the sewer's dismay - new purse patterns!
My products are of the highest quality.
Only the best quality fabrics and ribbons, handles and other materials are used in my purses. The lesser quality, "bargain brand" fabric doesn't have the hand, or feel, of quality fabric. It is not as soft, the weave is not as tight and it just doesn't hold up as well under daily use.
I know you'll love your purses as much as I do, and I know you'll want to use them every day, so why not make them out of materials which will allow that?
This part of my life is becoming really busy! Every night you can hear my sewing machine whirring away, and yes, my husband, Doug, enjoys the time he has to watch all the sports he wants!

And yes - it's too much fun! I bring fabrics, samples, handles, trims and catalogs to your home and spend an afternoon
or evening picking out fabrics for purses with fantastic customers!

The biggest news now is the shop! Yes, I now have a shop, located in Vicksburg, Michigan at 625 West Prairie
Street. I'm in the building with J & J Hair Design and Fryling Construction. It's a cute little shop with everything
you need to imagine your next purse. Stop in and visit me if you're in the area! I'm there every Tuesday and Thursday
evening from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and every Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
